My client are looking for a Stress and Fatigue Analysis Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

*Analysing and developing new structures and assemblies using FEM and hand calculations
*Improving the existing structures and assemblies with particular focus on powertrains (gearboxed and transmission shafts)
*Documentation of certification relevant analyses for static, fatigue and damage tolerant substantiation of metallic structures.
*Validation of finite element analysis.
*Definition of prototype and certification tests


*Master Degree (ETH/TU) in the field of aerospace, mechanical, structural engineering or similar
*Minimum 5 years of experience in static and fatigue analysis in Aerospace or equivalent relevant experience.
*Rotorcraft experience is preferred
*Significant experience with powertrains (gearboxes & transmission shafts) is highly preferred
*FEM experience in the simulation of large assemblies, ideally rotating structures
