A leading global apparel company is rapidly expanding its IT team across the APAC region. They are currently seeking several IT service desk / help desk support to provide first-line users support.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess hands-on technical and user support experience. You will also require to have hands-on experience within majority of the following areas: desktop/server hardware, LAN administration, networking, Windows, MS Office, Active directory etc. Cantonese and English will be required for this job opening, Mandarin will be an advantage. On site duty and irregular working hours may be required.

Successful candidates will be given wide exposure to work with the Global IT team as well as with regional stakeholders. Comprehensive remuneration and benefits will be given to high calibers.
