Job description
Our client is seeking an Executive VP Sales to join their team for manufactured metal products. The right individual for the job will have a track record of growing sales, identifying markets for growth and improving overall margins. This person will lead the sales team as a top closer and embody the company mission and philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and target customer base of manufacturers across multiple industries
*Evaluate existing sales techniques and strategize on new methods for cutting costs and increasing revenue
*Identify opportunities to implement new sales initiatives to motivate the sales team
*Clearly communicate expectations and manage manufacturers' representatives to ensure goals are aligned and mutually beneficial
*As an Executive, oversee sales and marketing for the division; continually target areas for improvement to promote growth
*Establish and maintain sales budgets, objectives and rules of engagement
*Track and report on sales activities for individuals and the team; monitor incremental and long term achievements

Qualifications:
*4 Year Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or Engineering
*8+ years in senior level sales role
*3+ years in management
