Information Technology (Application Services) seeks to hire a highly motivated and dedicated professional to provide significant contributions as project lead in the support of various organizations' applications and projects. This individual must be well-organized with attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision and be able to address multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science or related subject. The individual must have 5-10 years' work experience in a related information technology field. The candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills along with extensive knowledge of web and client/server technologies. Extensive experience writing formal documentation is required. The candidate must also illustrate strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the company. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is also required. The candidate must possess strong project management skills and handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while still meeting deadlines. This individual must be able to lead team activities, perform project management activities and supervise team members. Skills must be relevant and current at the time of this posting. This position will require the candidate to learn new technologies as required for the job using documentation and other available resources. The candidate will need to develop an understanding of the application portfolio, computing and communications infrastructure and the IT organizations required to support them. The successful will also be asked to share or transfer knowledge to peers and train subordinates where appropriate.


The experience of the candidate should include a minimum of 5 years as a web developer with additional experience leading projects and supervising other developers. The successful candidate will be a team lead and contribute towards employees' performance reviews. This individual will be responsible for assigning work to lower band analysts as well as working independently on his or her own assignments. The selected candidate should have at least one year of project management activities - requirements elicitation and project communication so the relevant stakeholders and members are aware of project status, scope changes, risks, and issues. The following are some of the technical skills and experience are required for this position: ASP.NET (VB.NET, HTML/CSS/JavaScript), preferably both Web Forms and MVC, SQL Server, object-oriented design concepts and programming, experience architecting .NET web solutions, experience with Reporting (Telerik, and/or SSRS), Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and experience gathering business requirements. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or other ETL software is a plus. Any experience with the following technologies is a plus, but not specifically required: Oracle database, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft BizTalk, and any automated testing tools
