The hiring, training and development of our staff is a core component of our business, and we have a newly created opportunity for an individual to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, a role pivotal to the successful growth of our business looking forwards.

The Role

This Year we have launched our industry leading ‘Consultant Development Programme’. The programme is designed for both Graduates and those making a move into recruitment from alternative, relevant backgrounds. Over a 1 year period we have a comprehensive training programme and on desk development which ensures the ability, quality and development of these individuals

The TA EMEA role will be focussing on hiring for these positions. With a headcount of approximately 50 new hires across the region for 2017.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Liaising closely with key stakeholders to understand the differing hiring needs of each team
  • Strong Stakeholder management to enable smooth hiring processes
  • Creatively Advertising Roles
  • Screening all CVs & conducting telephone screening calls
  • Organising & running Assessment Centres
  • Conducting 1 on 1 interviews
  • Management of the full end to end hiring process
  • Working closely with Training and HR
  • Job board and agency management
  • Being an ambassador of the Spencer Ogden Brand
  • Liaising with universities and graduate networks
  • Creating campaigns and attending careers fairs representing Spencer Ogden
  • Utilization of Social media to engage potential applicants

    Desired Skills:

    The ideal candidate may either have upwards of 12 months experience in internal recruitment, with a particular focus on entry level candidates, or equivalent experience working as an agency recruitment consultant. Combined with:
