You will be representing Spencer Ogden, working within the Talent team to attract and engage talented individuals to join Spencer Ogden. You will be selling Spencer Ogden as a brand, understanding our key unique selling points and understanding through questioning techniques what is going to appeal to Graduates/Trainees. You will develop an understanding of the profile we look for as part of our hiring strategy and will learn to spot talent through competency based interviewing techniques. This role will be phone based initially with the chance to develop into a more face to face role. You will be sourcing candidates through various mediums and taking part in various marketing campaigns ensuring we are seeing a pipeline of quality candidates in what is a very competitive space- you will need to stand out and control the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
