SOURCING

  • Develop a core understanding of the recruitment industry, the recruitment process and specific market sector.
  • Supporting team members on the resourcing of specific roles for the business- using internal and external sourcing methods with success
  • Using and updating the internal CRM using the technology as an accelerator in your role
  • Building and maintaining database/network of quality candidates, building collaborative working relationships with them
  • Involved in various marketing campaigns to help attract the right trainee talent to the business
  • Monitor and maintain personal activity targets (activity and phone based targets)
  • Screening candidates over the telephone, ascertaining information on skills and experience whilst assessing competency, motivation and sales potential
  • Writing persuasive ad copy and broadcasting adverts to attract a good calibre of candidate whilst representing the Spencer Ogden brand
  • Dealing with response and enquiries, assessing suitability of
  • Arranging interviews for candidates, providing detailed information/briefing
  • Taking references on specific candidates with permission
  • Agree personal targets with Managers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

    CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

  • Ensuring that all candidates that come into contact with the  Spencer Ogden brand have a positive experience
  • Running detailed telephone screening interviews whilst selling the Spencer Ogden brand
  • Take part in assessment centres that not only effectively sell the Spencer Ogden brand but give an accurate insight into recruitment/sales whilst assessing sales competency/potential
