This is a Technical Sales Opportunity with an equity backed Oilfield Service company that specializes in downhole solutions. They are looking for an experienced Casing Sales Representative to drive growth throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
The successful candidate for this position will:
*Leverage her/his existing relationships in the local oil & gas market to land and grow new fueling accounts.
*Develop and maintain quality relationships with customers to ensure consistent order volume, referrals and customer satisfaction.
*On a daily basis, strategically maximize the quantity of quality, in-person customer interactions to retain customers, drive order volume and identify new prospects.
*Learn, understand and leverage key elements of the Innovex value proposition and how to apply by customer type appropriately to drive results.
*Identify and rank strategic prospects, plan customer visits, and employ time management techniques effectively to build, maintain, follow up and close a sales pipeline comprised of various deal sizes and types to ensure consistent results.
*Understand customer and marketplace dynamics and successfully apply the sales process from prospecting to identifying and overcoming objections to closing sales and maintaining ongoing orders and relationships.
*Identify / plan client entertainment and additional methods to build, expand and strengthen personal and brand relationships with clients.
*The oilfield is a dynamic, 24/7 environment. Successful reps are available to customers during and outside regular business hours to take orders, address questions and obtain updates.
