Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Actively develop the Indonesia market and promote Company's products and services
  • Build and maintain a network of key clients
  • Market and present well intervention solutions to customers
  • Visit new and existing clients regularly, including some Domestic and International travel
  • Identify potential clients, contacts and strategic partners in your area of operation
  • Be updated on customers' plans and strategies
  • Maintain an awareness of competitor activity and pricing
  • Develop, coordinate and participate in client hospitality plans, in conjunction with Sales Manager
  • Support marketing activities, both initial sales and after sales promotion, including Client Presentations
  • Respond and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, e-mail and personal visits
  • Preparation of sales quotations and tenders in coordination with Sales Manager
  • Work with Sales Manager to keep sales pipeline/ forecaster updated
  • Update ERP system with correct information within Business Opportunities and Quoting module
  • Ensure quotes are sent from agents to quotes in a timely manner
  • To be responsible for collation of data for invoice preparation
  • Carry out Market research in areas defined in co-operation with Sales Manager
  • Maintain an awareness of new product lines
  • Participate in developing sales & business development plans and budget
  • Adhere to company and external health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Attend training and/to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to company's policies



  • Proven track record of working within a strategic business development or sales role
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of downhole tools.
  • Organised and able to carry out multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Able to work on own and with others.
  • Service minded.
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Able to travel regularly, domestic and international
