Responsibilities:
* Develop sales with new or existing customers in assigned sectors
* Ensure delivery of plans, achieve or exceed budget sales
* Gaining a thorough understanding of our products and application technologies to bring added value to
customer relationships and facilitate gaining new sales
* Develop and maintain relationships with main customers
* Work on the monitoring and reporting of competition activities
* Provide market data when requested by the management
* Provide technical support to customers in geographical territories
* Monthly reporting of sales performance. Investigate, analyze and report on budget variances on a monthlybasis
* Communicate needs or ideas for development of new products/applications
* Participate to exhibitions or other promotion activities when agreed with the management
* Other tasks assigned from Commercial Management, Managing Director

Qualifications:
* Graduate degree in engineering or science with minimum 10 years of experience in relevant industry having
sales and technical management role
* Proven record of having successfully managed a sales oriented business
* Experience from Specialty and/or performance chemicals is preferred e.g. Construction Chemicals, Binders& dispersing agents for Ceramics & Animal feed, Dust suppression
* Experience in dealing with markets/customers in middle east region is preferred
* Fluent in English (both oral and written) and working knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage

performance and reliability
