Tooling Team

  1. Daily general preventive maintenance activity (basic S.O.P etc: cleaning and lubrication)
  2. Assist for tooling control and movement within tooling storage area (Tooling management and handling)
  3. Daily general housekeeping / 5S (tooling respective area)
  4. Ensure tooling is complete and serviceable to use before handed over for production usage
  5. Assist to create and maintain a new storage, pallet box or shadow for tooling
  6. Daily segregation and complementing of bolts, nuts, washers and pins
  7. Toolbox inspection for every early shift (update the toolbox log book)
  8. Receive new tooling (collect the box, open the box, collect the document, store or release the new tools)
  9. Ensure no outstanding tooling periodic inspections and preventive maintenance (General/Special/PLT/Calibration/Engine Stand)
  10. To assist tooling technician for troubleshooting and repair
  11. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time
