Opportunity for UC /Service Desk Analyst to join one of the largest independent Car Dealers in Europe, at their Glasgow location
-Skype for Business (S4B) Installation, configuration, fault diagnosis with ACD (Automatic Call Distributor and CTI (Computer Telephone Integration)
-Installation of Call Center Technologies including UC Analytics, Avaya Aura, TouchPoint, Cisco UC .
- Installation of legacy PBX systems, Handset & ancillaries.
- Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in similar environment.
- Experience in installation of Skype for Business (S4B),Call Center Technologies including UC Analytics, Avaya Aura, TouchPoint, Cisco UC, legacy PBX systems.
- Full driving License held for a maximum of 1 year.
