Vice President

We are currently working alongside a top tier company who have given me a special request to help them add an Investment banker to their growing team.

What you will do:

-Helping to generate unbiased, meaningful advice and dialogue with a cross section of companies within the Chemicals Sector
-Originating, executing, and providing analysis for deals and covering all types of products, primarily M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity
-Increasing your understanding of financing solutions, including structuring (both debt and equity), accounting and tax expertise, financial modelling, and analysis
-Supporting the development of junior team members, providing guidance and direction on workflow
-Undertaking research of industries/ companies and developing marketing ideas and materials
-Providing support to senior professionals, developing, and maintaining client relationships, income streams or new business opportunities
-Providing project management support to senior team members
Conducting company valuations (DCF, LBO and comparable company/ comparable transactions)

Experience:

-Proven Investment Banking experience within the Chemicals sector
-M&A and transaction experience gained within equities markets
-Proven experience of complex financial modelling, valuation techniques, presentation preparation, due diligence, and financial analysis
-Experience in deal origination: helping generate ideas, writing presentations and handling client follow up
