. - Office based role with occasional visits offshore. - Technical support of job/order processing , e.g. support service technicians in case of problems with the turbine - Planning and development of technical solutions and strategies to obtain a high WEC availability - Responsible technical advice/consultation with the service technicians as well as support for the other divisions - Communication of findings to service Engineering and to the other divisions - Actions for quality assurance in regard to the technical development of the WEC (support maintenance, commissioning etc.) - Documentation and maintenance of the knowledge database with the goal to assure a high knowledge multiplication as well as technical check of the service documentation - Create and update of the maintenance manual and of the maintenance checklist; update and create maintenance templates within the service management software - Create concepts for exchanges and repairs / work instructions for turbine components - Escalation of customer problems - interface to Engineering - Technical consulting in claim and warranty management, e.g. for expertise - Support in project objectives for technical optimization - Participation in the Change Management Board in order to coordinate changes/improvements and product development o Ensure the continuous maintenance of the WEC/site related parameter lists o Support and internal coordination and processing of tasks in within FMEA, RCA as well as RAMS For more information about this role please contact our London office
