IT Solutions Architect - Work Management
Accountable for collaborating and communicating with Operations, Asset Management and Maintenance to ensure operations and maintenance activities are maximized to meet desired output. Accountable for ensuring resources (personnel, material, and space) are maximized/managed to meet business need.
Major Areas of Accountability
Primary functionality is managing emaint, CMMS software for Enterprise Asset Management
*Processes production order and emaint (CMMS) transactions, as required.
*Conducts order changes in emaint to ensure accuracy of material transactions.
*Job packet release/stage and distribution to ensure timely execution.
*Maintains the daily dispatch.
*Works with the area Asset Managers to help resolve QN's, lot inspections, and project on- holds.
*Ensures that all material/supplies/tools are available at point of consumption for Asset Managers.
*Jointly supports material handling group to organize production material and supplies.
*Works with material handling to ensure proper material movement for incoming/outgoing orders.
*Coordinates production resources to facilitate work flow.
*Provides work direction to ensure labor resources are fully utilized. Recognize resource constraints and resulting impact on orders. Plans and distributes future work.
*Supports employee development and evaluation for cross training purposes.
*Helps manage on the job training material.
*Provides training to new production personnel as needed and contributes to the development of work instructions.
*Works with production and area Manufacturing Engineer to develop new process strategies.
*Schedules routine maintenance; keeps maintenance records; works to ensure calibrations of existing equipment are up to date.
*Track inventory for asset maintenance on a pump, ensuring material in stock.
*Manage inventory costs and financials; create POs for orders
*Demonstrates proper departmental authority for position and enforces policies and procedures.
*General SAP experience preferred; emaint experience ideal but not required
*Basic MS Office skills.
*Willingness to work a flexible work schedule when demanded by the business.
*General understanding of change management process.
