Define the quality clauses and rules according to customer requirements and normative requirements and have them applied by the project team, involving the organization's stakeholders:
Write the quality plan of the project by setting out the specific quality requirements of the project
Define your participation in planned journals, check registrations.
Approve defined deliverables.
Evaluate project practices, apply and enforce specific quality and requirement procedures.
Review inspection results and evidence of product quality and compliance with contractual requirements (RFFU)
Promote the quality approach, safety culture and continuous quality improvement in relation to the entire Company
Identify the gaps and areas for improvement resulting from the collection; and if necessary, train/make reminders on nuclear quality culture in the project teams
Pilot or contribute to substantive and/or punctual improvements in quality, corrective and preventive practices
Raise awareness among teams and newcomers about the Quality Management System
Address quality/deviation events and product non-conformities
Manage the processing of quality events related to the project (Customer Complaint, Customer Inspections/Audits, Non-Compliance, Derogations, Process Deviations...) with the appropriate methods
Propose and/or challenge the processing of quality events with the aim of efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on nuclear safety and customer satisfaction, and the sustainability of the solution
Manage corrective and preventive action plans using the appropriate method. If the quality engineer is the pilot, his responsibility covers all processing steps (analysis, traceability and processing of containment analyses).
