Seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, well-organized individual to assist the growth of Field Services DivisionSkills & Experience:· This individual has a minimum of 8 years of experience as Field Service Wind Technician.· Minimum 5 years' experience working on Ropes and or working at heights of 250 ft and above.· Active Global Wind Organization (GWO) Certified Credentials Preferred.· Superior technical writing, pedagogical, organizational and group facilitation skills.· Proficient with electrical test equipment and reading schematics.· Agile in Spotting project inefficiencies and working quickly with collaboration to address them.GWO Training & Development:· Responsible for classroom, onsite, virtual and hands-on education for our employees and customers, both at the Training Center and in the field· Preparing, distributing, implementing, and delivering a concise theoretical & hands on GWO modules related to Basic Safety, Advance rescue, technical training - Electromechanical & Composite Courses for new and returning field technicians.· Conduct Advanced Blade Repair Skill assessments on prospective experienced blade technicians during the pre-hire process to ensure they have the experience they claim.· Maintain tracking and storage of required training session documentation.· Building annual training program for all employees, creating teaching plans and updating any material changes on the training requirements brought by GWO.· Responsible for maintaining clean & safe classrooms, practical training area, tools, equipment and materials.QHSE Development:· Ensure all new hire and active employees have strong commitment to safety by providing training in building a foundation of QHSE knowledge.· Support other company trainers with instructor certification and other EHS initiatives/activities.· Promote Quality & Safety Protocols, Process and Procedures.· Prepare, Implement, and report training KPI's· Support in the Group QHSE Personnel when Near Misses and Incidents occur.People & Leadership Skills:· Recruit new trainer, Mentor new employees & supports employee needs, requests, and issues as and when they arise.· Willingness to manage tasks outside normal job scope.· Provide Input for the operational budget focused on establishing cost savings and effectiveness.· Can take up physically strenuous tasks like performing the duties of this job - is regularly required to long periods of standing while teaching a class.· Collaborate with Technical Program Manager, Operations & Project Managers to drive high achievement and continuous improvement approach.· Able to demonstrate good presentation and communication skills.· Can design/develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.· Good time management skills.· Strong MS Office Skills-Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook.· Ability to maintain a valid passport & travel 25-35% of the time.
