EHS Coordinator

Position Overview
As the Plant EHS coordinator you will be responsible for all environmental emissions compliance and reporting, permitting activities, and safety training at the site.
  • Interaction with local, provincial , and federal regulators to resolve permit issues.
  • Technical support and direction to contractors and in-house personnel.
  • Provide technical support to the station staff as needed to address technical problems. 
  • Act as administrator for the station technical library files and effectively manage these support systems.
  • Learn and use key programs for evaluating plant performance.
  • Develop into other areas as opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong working knowledge of Environmental and Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
