Job Description:

As a Lean Coach - Junior, you will be responsible for implementing Lean principles and practices within the organization to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. You will work closely with teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and coaching on Lean methodologies to teams and individuals
  • Facilitate Lean workshops and Kaizen events to drive process improvement
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement Lean tools and techniques to optimize workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Lean initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Lean implementation or process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
