Sir Peter Ogden

As the original backer of Spencer Ogden, Sir Peter Ogden invested £1m to fund our launch in 2010, and followed this up with further support towards international expansion as Spencer Ogden continued to grow at a record rate.

Founder of the world’s largest computer services company, Computacenter, he was able to set up the Ogden Trust, which pledges over £1m a year to support bright children from low-income backgrounds.

Launching Spencer Ogden in 2010 with Sir Peter Ogden, David has always been the driving force behind the company’s growth and success.

With more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment, he used his knowledge to fill the gap in the market and create a business that is able to service all energy, engineering and infrastructure sectors on a global scale. 

 



Bradley Lewington
Bradley Lewington 
Chief Executive Officer

Bradley joined Spencer Ogden in June 2012 and moved to Singapore to establish the company's first office in the APAC region. In 2015, he moved back to Spencer Ogden’s London HQ to lead the EMEA sales alongside Asia.

 

Promoted to CEO in 2017, Bradley is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. He continues to work closely with Spencer Ogden's talented management team and staff to deliver the company's three–year growth plan and maintain its position as the global energy, engineering and infrastructure recruiter of choice.

 


Edward Ogden

Edward Ogden
Chief Sales Officer

Edward has been with Spencer Ogden since its launch in January 2010 and has extensive experience within each sector of the energy market. He was instrumental in the launch of the Houston office and responsible for its rapid revenue growth.

2017 saw him promoted to chief sales offer where he is currently responsible for the success of Spencer Ogden's 14 international offices. Edward also oversees the company's continuous improvement of operational excellence and enhancement of client services. 


Donna Hewett
Group People and Infrastructure Director
Donna has been with Spencer Ogden since its inception in an operational capacity. With over 15 years' in the recruitment sector, Donna has influenced the
entire business infrastructure and associated processes to support its rapid growth. 
 
Now focusing on People and Infrastructure across the group she oversees HR, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Facilities, IT and 
Systems. 

Her role has a strong strategic and commercial element, enabling the business to continue growing at a record pace, whilst working to attract and retain key talent across the group. 

 


John GloverJohn Glover 
Chief Financial Officer 

John joined Spencer Ogden in 2015, bringing his extensive experience in both the recruitment and energy industries. 

A qualified chartered accountant, he was the Finance Director at Hydrogen Group for eight years, which followed 20 years at BP, where he played a significant role in some of the largest transactions in corporate history.

 

 

 

Greg Morris

Greg Morris
Group Commercial Director 

Since joining Spencer Ogden in early 2015, Greg has created a first-class legal function, developing the business's risk and compliance framework.

With 15 years' experience at SThree, he has in-depth knowledge of the issues facing the recruitment industry and his unique perspective and experience make him a valuable member of the SO Board.

 

 

Henry de Lusignan

Henry de Lusignan
Americas Director 
Prior to joining Spencer Ogden in 2013, Henry held a number of management roles at SThree. With over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment field, Henry was initially employed to lead its London headquarter’s contract division. After moving to Houston in 2014, he grew his contract business to over 300 runners in less than 18 months.
 
Due to this strong track record of outstanding performance, he was promoted to Regional Director of Spencer Ogden America, where he has subsequently launched several offices, including Orlando, Denver and New York. In 2016, the region achieved a turnover of £45m. 


 

 

Tom Reid

Tom Reid
Asia Pacific Director 

Tom first joined Spencer Ogden in 2010 as a graduate after transitioning from a career in engineering and was one of 25 trainee consultants who took part in the company’s first training academy. Throughout his career, Tom has held a number of key international senior positions and has evolved from company top biller to Director. He has played an active role in the growth of Spencer Ogden across APAC after moving out to Singapore in 2013.
