After the pandemic, the job market changed, and we recognised that companies were finding it increasingly harder to attract talent. So, we reached out to recent graduates to understand how they were finding the experience searching for jobs and what is most likely to stand out to them when applying.

We asked the graduates to record a short video 🎥 answering the three questions below:​
