Since joining the team in London in March, Greg has begun creating a first-class legal function, building the business’ risk and compliance framework.
Greg brings with him a wealth of legal experience. In his 15 year legal career prior to joining Spencer Ogden he developed an in depth knowledge of the legal issues affecting the recruitment industry.
His experience covers the whole spectrum of recruitment-related legal work, including commercial contracts, regulatory issues and compliance, data protection and privacy and employment.
Prior to joining Spencer Ogden, Greg worked at SThree where he supported the recruitment firm’s global expansion; establishing its global office network and compliance programme.
Greg will work alongside the senior team at Spencer Ogden to develop legal and compliance strategies that will support our expansion and underpin our future growth.

Our annual turnover for 2014 was £77 million and we have plans to reach revenues of £100 million in our sixth year of trading.
