Spencer Ogden, the leading global energy, engineering and infrastructure recruitment specialist, today announced the appointment of Henry De Lusignan and Tom Reid to its management board.
Prior to joining Spencer Ogden in 2013, De Lusignan held a number of management roles at SThree. With over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment field, De Lusignan was initially employed to lead its London headquarters’ contract division. After moving to Houston in 2014, he grew his contract business to over 300 runners in less than 18 months. Due to this strong track record of outstanding performance, he was promoted to regional director of Spencer Ogden America, where he has subsequently launched several offices, including Orlando, Denver and New York. In 2016, the region achieved a turnover of £45m.
Tom Reid, director of Spencer Ogden Asia Pacific joins De Lusignan. Reid first joined Spencer Ogden in 2010 as a graduate after transitioning from a career in engineering and was one of 25 trainee consultant who took part in the company’s first training academy. Throughout his career, Reid has held a number of key international senior positions and has evolved from company top biller to director. He has played an active role in the growth of Spencer Ogden across APAC after moving out to Singapore in 2013. Recently, he was responsible for the acquisition of a business in Malaysia, launch of a new Perth office and has lead Spencer Ogden’s APAC region to 32% YOY NFI growth in 2017.
