Spencer Ogden is pleased to announce its partnership with Girls in Tech Singapore to help deliver its GITSG mentorship programme.
GIT was founded in 2007 and is a global non-profit focused on the engagement, education, and empowerment of girls and women who are passionate about technology. Today, GIT aims to accelerate the growth of innovative women entering into the high-tech industry and building start-ups.
Last month, Spencer Ogden held the first of three mentoring events at its Asia Pacific regional head office in Singapore. A mixture of senior leaders from across the business with over ten years experience volunteered their time to offer industry-leading advice to numerous young aspiring female mentees.
“Our collaboration with Girls in Tech Singapore has been a great success in allowing us to strengthen our commitment to diversity and creating opportunities,” said David Mills, Spencer Ogden Singapore Manager.
“Our business is about bringing the best people together, and it was fitting to see such a talented group of people enjoying our unique office space and making new connections. The GIT Mentoring programme is a fantastic initiative and we were delighted to welcome our friends at GIT and host what was a very successful event,” added Mills.
