Spencer Ogden ranks 12th in The Fast Track 100
08 Dec 2014
We are delighted to announce that we have ranked 12th in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, making Spencer Ogden not only the only specialist energy recruiter to be recognised, but also the highest ranking recruitment company in the list.
The award, which marks Spencer Ogden’s inaugural appearance in the table, acknowledges our outstanding expansion in recent years, including several office launches. The league table ranks Britain's 100 private companies with the fastest-growing sales over their latest three years, positioning Spencer Ogden amongst the top in UK business.
As the first recruitment consultancy to service the entire end-to-end energy sector, Spencer Ogden has grown rapidly since our launch in 2010. We have had annual sales growth of 130% over the past three years and have successfully placed 6,000 candidates in energy roles across the globe. The Fast Track ranking follows Spencer Ogden’s recent win at the National Business Awards, where we were named International Growth Business of the Year.
Now in its 17th year, the Fast Track 100 has become the benchmark for Britain’s fastest growing companies. During the award announcement, this year’s winners were acclaimed for ‘powering an economic recovery’.
David Spencer-Percival, CEO, said:
“We are delighted to be recognised as one of Britain’s most exciting and rapidly growing companies. This growth has been based upon the tireless work of our consultants and is testament to their commitment and knowledge.
“As we expand abroad, it is fantastic to see that we are at the forefront of the economic recovery here in Britain. We have had another terrific year in 2014 and are hopeful about working our way even further up the table!”
