Spencer Ogden Signs Deal with Cube19 to Accelerate Sales Growth

18 Jun 2014
We are excited to announce our new partnership with cube19, the UK’s leading provider of actionable analytics to the recruitment & staffing industry, to use their award-winning cloud-based technology.
Our objective is to reach £100m in revenue by the end of 2015 and we feel cube19 are perfectly placed to help reach that goal.

The deal will see cube19 implemented across 13 offices around the world to drive revenue generating decisions and create competition amongst recruiters. Easy to understand analytics designed to help improve company, team and individual performance will be delivered over the web to all employees at Spencer Ogden. The individual dashboards will be supported by multiple large display screens showing leader boards, trends and company incentives to create a data driven environment.

David Spencer-Percival, Founder and CEO of Spencer Ogden said, “We are very excited to be working so closely with cube19 over the coming months. Implementing this technology across our 13 global offices is fantastic, as it connects our global network of consultants and teams, ultimately driving competition and increasing performance.”

Dan McGuire, Founder and CEO of cube19 said “Spencer Ogden are an organisation that share our ambition. We’re excited to partner with them because the executive team there really understand the power of using data more effectively. They recognise that our technology can help them build on their already huge growth and we’re very much looking forward to working with them”.
cube19 is an official Marketplace Partner of Bullhorn, Spencer Ogden’s CRM/ATS of choice. The pre-integrated solution will allow for an extremely fast implementation requiring virtually no training, something which is impossible with traditional business intelligence and analytics products.

cube19’s super-fast analytics mean the management team at Spencer Ogden will be able access years’ worth of data in just a few seconds – even on mobile devices, as well as seeing real-time performance data across the globe.
