Adam Stahler

Why did you choose Spencer Ogden?
have previously worked at Spencer Ogden and had experienced the growth of the Glasgow office before. When I heard that Spencer Ogden were relaunching the office, I jumped at the opportunity as it excited me that I would be part of starting something new in a vibrant market for a business with an exciting growth journey.

This is also a very exciting time for Scotland, as it is the lynchpin for the UK renewables economy, a key focus sector for Spencer Ogden.

Describe your previous recruitment experience?
I started my recruitment career at Spencer Ogden, in the subsea oil and gas team, where I progressed and created a successful team of five people, delivering at all stages of the project life and cycle within oil and gas.

Following my initial years at Spencer Ogden, I moved to a larger global oil and gas recruitment business where I led several successful multi-national hiring campaigns, working with many tier 1 clients.

Re-joining Spencer Ogden, I am excited to bring my previous experience and help to grow the Glasgow office successfully.

What value do you hope to bring to Spencer Ogden Glasgow?
I am looking to support Spencer Ogden’s growth journey and grow the Glasgow office by hiring and developing people to becoming successful recruiters.

Additionally, taking advantage of the natural growth opportunity that Scotland presents in the sustainable energy sector, I am looking to build strong and lasting relationships with clients within the sector.
