Spencer Ogden is currently seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to support a water reclaimation plant project in Singapore on a 12 month contract basis to lead and coordinate all engineering activities for assignments starting from Mid February 2024.

- Documentation and reports: Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.

Summary The Senior Electrical Engineer I&C will provide Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) and Electrical engineering supports to proposal and contract project operation across Boiler, Selective Catalytic Reduction System (SCR), Air Quality Control Systems (AQCS), Wastewater Spray Dryer (WSD), Flue Gas Desulfurization Systems (FGD), Turbine and After Market Service areas. These include generating documents and/or furnishing consultation in engineering calculations and analysis.
