Spencer Ogden shortlisted for two awards at the 2022 TIARA Recruitment Awards – ANZ

Spencer Ogden, global recruitment experts in the energy and infrastructure market, has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards:  

The TALiNT International Annual Recruitment Awards (TIARA) set a new standard of excellence for the recruitment community across the ANZ region.

The Training and Development Award recognises recruitment companies that have successfully implemented a new training initiative or strategy for the personal and professional development of their staff within the last two years. At Spencer Ogden, we put an emphasis on our trainee's onboarding process and ensure they have an effective introduction to the industry they will be working in, the business itself and access to relevant training, supported by our in-house Learning and Development team.
