The Construction Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the assigned project(s) in order to achieve safe, timely and profitable completion of each project. Plans, organizes, and supervises building and related facilities portions of construction work for an assigned area of a construction project. Responsible for the construction planning of the construction related activities of the subcontractor and/or self-perform to confirm the completion of contractual construction activities. Position Summary To provide technical equipment engineering advice and support to offshore operations (Ops), onshore discipline & maintenance engineers, and production engineering teams. Develop and optimize maintenance strategy and program in accordance with business objectives and KPI, as well as providing short to long-term strategies and plans to continuously improve reliability and availability to ensure rotating equipment ops maintenance activities are executed in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. Responsible as the Technical Authority for rotating equipment and turbomachinery ops and maintenance. Principle Accountabilities 1.
