Spencer Ogden is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join us as Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is based in London, and will report to the Managing Director and is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating the best talent for our London, Glasgow, and Dusseldorf offices.

We're looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn fast and be a vital part of Spencer Ogden's growth story.

Job Duties

  • Partner with your hiring managers across the region to determine hiring needs
  • Screen, interview, and recruit entry-level sales professionals on a permanent basis
  • Intuitively source and proactively identify active and passive sales professionals through various sourcing channels and social media sites
  • Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidate qualifications and job requirements
  • Facilitate assessment centres
  • Partner with various third party providers 
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates and universities across EMEA
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Maintains candidate engagement through various forms of contact, media and events on a bi-weekly/monthly basis
  • Help organise hiring events
  • Coordinate attendance at university career events
  • Additional ad-hoc responsibilities for our London and Glasgow offices when required

About You

  • Experience in a similar talent role or 360 recruitment
  • Languages are desirable, in particular German (non-essential)
  • Graduate, or a graduate-calibre candidate
  • Proven track record of demonstrating resilience
  • Eagerness to learn and the ability to implement feedback through training
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Diligent with time management
  • Mentorship and/or management experience
  • Must hold permanent working rights in the UK upon application
