We are pleased to announce that we are finalists in the HR Excellence Awards UK. We are one of the finalists for ‘Excellence in ESG Strategy'

This award is dedicated to celebrating and acknowledging exceptional accomplishments and innovations within the dynamic landscape of human resources management in the UK. 

We implemented an ESG framework that assesss a company's performance on sustainability and ethical issues to ensure accountability towards Mother Earth.

Below we explore what led us to our nomination:

• Making a positive impact on our candidates and clients by focusing on corporate social responsibility, supporting natural environment while upholding high ethical standards. 
  
  
• Our collaboration with environmental NGO's like Seven Clean Seas and Cool Earth. 
  
  
• Our global impact and projects is governed in line with our endorsement of UNSDG's. 
  
  
• We have been a carbon neutral busines since 2021. 
  
  
• We have established an ESG Committee with global, cross-departmental, and multi-level representation. 
  
  
• Outlined sustainable travel policy governing the requirements of business travel. 
  
  
• We have assigned Energy Champions in each reion to lead our transition to green energy. 

We are excited to have received this external recognition for our ESG strategy and look forward to the ceremony.
