Quality Manager

Job Title: Quality Manager (EGL-1)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: UK / Hybrid (with site visits as required)

Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager (EGL-1 level) to support a major energy

infrastructure programme on a 12-month contract basis. This role is heavily focused on quality

management leadership, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and continuous improvement

across engineering and delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and implement the project Quality Management System (QMS)

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal frameworks

- Manage audits, inspections, NCRs, and CAPA processes

- Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance

- Interface with project and completion teams

- Support handover and documentation processes

Required Experience

- Senior Quality Management experience (EGL-1 level)

- Strong QMS and compliance background

- Experience on substation and/or HVDC projects (essential)

- Knowledge of EPC project lifecycle

Desirable Skills

- Project/completion interface experience

- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001)

- Strong stakeholder management
