THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for recruiters with a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience in technical markets (Energy experience is preferred) who thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment and enjoy building strong candidate relationships within technical markets.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Work on live contract vacancies with established energy clients
  • Build deep networks across engineering and infrastructure markets
  • Become a specialist within Energy & Infrastructure recruitment
  • Manage contractor relationships across major projects
  • Operate within a collaborative environment alongside experienced business developers and leadership
  • Support large-scale projects shaping the future of energy and infrastructure

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Candidate Management & Delivery

  • Source and headhunt engineering professionals for contract opportunities across Energy & Infrastructure
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification through to placement
  • Build and maintain strong contractor and candidate networks
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, compliance, and offer management
  • Deliver high-quality recruitment support across multiple active projects
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure fast, efficient delivery for clients

Client & Account Support

  • Partner closely with account managers and senior consultants on active client accounts
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders
  • Provide market insight and candidate intelligence to clients
  • Support account growth through strong delivery performance and relationship management
  • Help maintain long-term contractor relationships and ongoing project support

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (Ideally
  • Strong delivery and candidate management experience
  • Experience recruiting within a fast-paced agency environment
  • Ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients
  •  Strong organisation, urgency, and communication skills
  • Resilient mindset with a team-oriented approach
  • Motivation to grow within a high-performance environment
  • Experience within contract recruitment is highly advantageous but not essential.
