The Opportunity

The US data centre market continues to experience exceptional growth, driving demand for specialist construction talent across some of the industry's most significant projects.

You'll inherit active client relationships and live opportunities from day one, giving you the platform to generate revenue immediately while building a long-term, scalable desk within a high-value market.

What You'll Be Working With

• Average placement fees ranging from $40,000–$50,000
• Existing active clients and live vacancies across the US market
• Access to one of the fastest-growing sectors globally, driven by hyperscale and AI infrastructure investment
• The autonomy to build and develop your own specialist market and brand
• Support from an established business with the flexibility of a growth-focused team

Your Role

• Own and grow a 360 permanent recruitment desk focused on US Construction & Data Centres
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients across the US market
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within a rapidly expanding sector
• Build and maintain a strong network of construction and mission-critical infrastructure professionals
• Drive consistent billing performance while contributing to the long-term growth of the division
