Jaden Franklin leads internal hiring across North America at Spencer Ogden, recruiting talent across recruitment, business development, leadership, operations, and back-office functions. She began her career as an apprentice straight out of sixth form while studying Business Administration, quickly progressing into a full-time role and later supporting the growth of US teams before relocating from the UK to New York. Now 3.5 years into life in New York, Jaden is passionate about building careers, from graduates taking their first step into the industry to experienced hires ready to make an immediate impact across Spencer Ogden’s markets, sectors, and internal teams.
