Job Description:

The Air Compressor Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining air compressors to ensure efficient and safe operation at all times. The operator will work in various industrial settings to provide compressed air for a wide range of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate air compressors according to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions
• Maintain and monitor compressor performance to ensure optimal efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters and lubricating parts
• Inspect equipment for any signs of wear or damage and report issues to supervisors
• Follow proper shutdown procedures and secure equipment when not in use

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience operating air compressors in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for working with compressed air
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with compressors
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
