Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Project Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager in planning, executing, and closing projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Prepare and present project reports to management
- Support the project manager in making decisions and resolving conflicts
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
