Job Description:
The Capital Markets Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's capital market activities, including managing relationships with investors, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to optimize capital structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement capital raising strategies
- Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for capital market activities
- Optimize capital structure to maximize shareholder value
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets or investment banking
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
