Pay Rate: $145,000 per annum

Job Description:

As a Civil Lead Owner's Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering aspects of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the civil engineering team in planning, designing, and executing construction projects
  • Review and approve civil engineering designs and drawings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and project management software
