REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
? 4–7 years of relevant experience.
? Experience in the renewable energy sector (PV or BESS) is mandatory.
? Working level understanding of DD processes and project development.
? English: Advanced reading/writing (contract review assistance and email communication).
? Japanese: Native level.
? Excel: Ability to run sensitivity analyses and make minor model adjustments.
? Strong PowerPoint and Word skills for professional documentation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Experience engaging with investors, developers, EPCs, aggregators, financial institutions, or advisors.
? Familiarity with M&A, project finance, and commercial negotiation processes.
? Basic understanding of tax and accounting concepts relevant to M&A and project transactions.
? Experience operating VDRs.
? Ability to draft clear, concise business documents in both Japanese and English.
