Job Description:
As a Communications Lead III based in Louisville, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for leading communication strategies and initiatives for the organization. You will play a key role in developing and implementing communication plans to support various projects and campaigns.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or related field
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus
