Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and analysis, with a focus on cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting. The Construction Analyst will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive project success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation and budgeting
- Experience with construction project scheduling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
