Construction Manager (Data Centres) - Frankfurt, Germany
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Construction Manager with experience in Data Centres to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of data centre projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and performance on site, and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, specifically in Data Centres
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Relevant degree in Construction Management or a related field
