Pay Rate: £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Cost Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project costs and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget. This role will involve working closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining project budgets
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs
  • Preparing cost estimates and forecasts
  • Reviewing contractor invoices and change orders
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Providing cost advice and support to project teams

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Cost Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cost management principles and techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
