Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Engineer to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our data centre infrastructure to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain data centre hardware and software
- Monitor and troubleshoot data centre performance and connectivity issues
- Implement and maintain data centre security measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of data centre services
- Document data centre processes and procedures
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centre engineering
- Strong knowledge of data centre hardware and software systems
- Experience with data centre security protocols and best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
