Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Discipline Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Charlotte, United States. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the field of discipline engineering. Your primary role will be to ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects by providing technical expertise and leadership in your area of specialization.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in discipline engineering
Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects
Strong technical expertise in a specific discipline (e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in mentoring and coaching junior engineers
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
