EHS Officer

EHS Officer (6-Month Contract) 


  Location: Cyberjaya - Data Centre Sites

  Start: ASAP 

  Reporting to: Project Director

  Local Malaysian candidates preferred


Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced EHS Officer to support our projects across multiple sites in Cyberjaya. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and upholding safety standards on site, while mentoring and holding onsite safety officers and supervisors accountable for their performance.


Key Responsibilities: 

 - Oversee and manage all site safety operations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. 

 - Work closely with onsite safety officers and supervisors to upskill, mentor, and hold them accountable for EHS performance. 

 - Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and investigations as required.

 - Prepare and submit reports directly to the Project Director. 

 - Promote a culture of high safety standards and continuous improvement across all assigned sites.


Requirements: 

 - Minimum 5 years’ experience managing site safety within construction projects (factory/manufacturing experience will not be considered). 

 - Strong track record of accountability and commitment to maintaining and improving safety standards. 

 - Experience in Data Centre (DC), High Voltage/Substation, or Energy projects is preferred but not mandatory.

 - Excellent communication and leadership skills.

 - Ability to start immediately and work across multiple sites as required

 - Local Malaysian candidates are strongly preferred.
