Electrical Supervisor


Location: Dresden, Germany

Contract Type: Temporary Employment Leasing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung – AÜ)

Contract Duration: 1 September 2026 – 28 February 2027


The Role


We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support a major industrial construction project in Dresden, Germany. This role is responsible for supervising electrical construction activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and contractual requirements.


The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, oversee electrical installations, resolve technical issues, monitor progress, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the project.


Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors on site.

Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Oversee the installation of high and low voltage transformers and switchgear.

Resolve technical queries and construction-related issues.

Ensure all electrical work complies with project documentation, specifications, and contract requirements.

Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.

Review construction progress against project schedules and subcontract milestones.

Support the successful delivery of the project by maintaining quality, safety, and programme objectives.


Requirements

Extensive experience supervising electrical construction projects.

Strong background in electrical engineering and site execution.

Proven experience managing subcontractors on industrial or large-scale construction projects.

Excellent knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and regulations.

Experience with high and low voltage electrical systems, transformers, and switchgear installation.

Advanced MS Office and Excel skills.

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Valid SSC/VCA Certificate.
