Job Description:
As an Electrical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects and leading a team of electricians to ensure successful completion of projects. You will be working on a variety of commercial and residential projects in the Kansas City area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of electricians
- Plan and coordinate electrical installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot electrical issues
- Maintain accurate project documentation
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical work
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
